Here is a positive post from me about some one I have had some dealings with. Richard wariner at inner-vision ultrasound. This service was professional and caring not to mention affordable. A massive improvement on baby bond and firstglimpse. Baby Bond were good just not very personal really, We have had 5 children now and felt uplifted everytime we have had a scan and if there is another child in our futures while we are here in Chester will go to inner-vision ultrasound.

GLASGOW PRAM CENTRE - NURSERY RETAILER

I recently tried to use the worst online baby product store in the U.K. This apparent nursery retailer is a disgrace. The Glasgow Pram Centre were awful. I decided to buy from them as they have a good looking site, are everywhere on google, and are very cheap. Cost is always an issue when preparing for a new arrival. I have bought online often before and have received a great services in the past. In some cases a next day service by one online retailer called www.Lullabys.co.uk I expected Glasgow Pram Centre to be equally professional.

I am now sat here one week later after 5 phone calls and several emails. I have not got my products or my refund and I have been dealt with ignorantly an unprofessional. If you want to read the ins and outs of my problems read on.

My Problems With The Glasgow Pram Centre

On an early afternoon last week after much searching I found the right product at the right price for my soon to arrive new daughter Neve at the Glasgow Pram Centre. I was over the moon with free shipping to arrive within 3 days. The Glasgow Pram Centre being over Â£10 cheaper than Mothercare and everyone else online I was delighted. That was the end of my happiness with the glasgow pram centre I selected my products and paid online. Ireceivedd myreceiptt from theGlasgoww pram centre asexpectedd.

Iexpectedd a delivery date to follow 24 hrs passed no delivery date emailed. So I emailed them to ask if they could let me know?. I decided I would just phone soon after that. I called this nursery retailer and after getting through the press one for this and 4 for that got cut off and being put on hold several times. After half an hour I spoke to someone who said they would get someone to call me back. Another hour passed and the callarrivedd from the Glasgow Pram Centre.

Glasgow Pram Centres own Ann Marie or Marie Ann maybe what a delight,famouse quote "the person who deals with refunds isn't in today". On many of my calls I got to speak to this lovely individual and her work buddies. On one call I asked has my refund been actioned I was told "yes" I asked how she could know this when she has not asked me my name or customer id or productuct ?. She became angery and said "if they said it's being done it's being done". I asked if some one could check as I just wanted to know for sure. She answered "do you want me to check it!?" she then took my details and just while I was about to give my phone number hung up the phone.

We don't have the product(s) your ordered but we have it in this colour, I asked so when could you have the one I have ordered? "oh 3 months time", 3days for delivery now became 3months. I then asked for a refund to which the Glasgow pram centre answered "we can't do this". Of course I asked "why?" of Glasgow Pram Centre. They answered that "the person who deals with refunds isn't in today but will deal with it on Monday so will be in youraccountt on Wednesday". Some what shocked I excepted that. This of course isridiculouss Glasgow pram centre can take the money any given day, but not refund the money at any given day. This excuse was given to many of my phone calls "the person who deals with refunds isn't here today".

Wednesdayarrivedd no money in my account. So I phoned again "the refund person isn't in today" was the answer I won't mention my answer.

Late tonight Ireceivedd an email saying our server is down so we can't refund you at present. So I guess they have my money now for some more time.

My Advice is don't give Glasgow Pram Centre your money under any reason. They will treat you badly and insult your intelligence at every chance.

Glasgow is an amazing Citywhichh I love, I love the people and eveything about the place except the Glasgow Pram Centre.

I have found a good site for pregnancy advice though - shame there isn't one that tells you which baby shops to avoid
